Our Reason for Being
To inspire, train, and coach leaders to get extraordinary performance from those they lead -- consistently. True leaders inspire the highest and best from others, leading them beyond the ordinary limits of their ability -- whether in the workplace, the classroom, or the home. Our society can do far better than it has done to lower the rate of:
- drugs, dropouts, and violence in our schools;
- divorce, depression, and dysfunction in our homes;
- stress, burn-out, and breakdown in the workplace, and;
- demagoguery, corruption, and conflict among public officials.
Those failures are neither inevitable nor insoluble. In all those key result areas -- the leadership of the managers, educators, and parents makes the biggest difference between success or failure. As leaders, why should we settle for less than the best -- either from ourselves or from those we lead? Particularly when the leadership tools are now available to turn all those failures around.
