As an innovative and dynamic trainer of thousands of business executives, educators, and government leaders, Jerold N. Willmore, B.S., MS., Ph.D. Candidate, spent 10 years as head of the Executive Institute in Washington, D.C.
He led a pioneering educational television series, Critical Issues and Decisions; A Program for Senior Executives. He worked with authors and leaders such as Mortimer Adler (Board Chairman, Encyclopedia Britannica); Arthur Schlesinger, Jr. (Pulitzer Prize, history); Eric Berne (Games People Play); Thomas Harris (I'm OK, You're OK); Erich Fromm (psychologist, philosopher); Milton Friedman (Nobel Laureate, economist); Buckminster Fuller (engineer, inventor, Geodesic Dome); Marshall Dimock (author and "Dean" of American Public Administration); U.S. Senators, Congress men and women, and others.
As a highly successful business and government executive, Jerry founded and has been C.E.O. and Board Chairman of four thriving businesses, functioning in several states.
Jerry's experience also includes: University of Maryland faculty; Guest lecturer, Honors Programs at B.Y.U. and University of Utah; Chief Instructor and Executive Officer, 3rd Army Leadership Academy (Airborne). For over 20 years he has conducted training and coaching in leadership, self-mastery, peak performance, parenting, master teaching, and executive excellence on both coasts and the Intermountain West. Jerry is known for his no nonsense, no frills, hard-hitting but humorous insistence on producing positive results.
