Our children will shape the future. The schools are shaping the children -- so, we must reshape the schools. Too many of our teachers are under siege, without the necessary resources, leadership skills, and support to empower their students. Centered Leadership Systems for Educators equips them with the tools to effectively master their classrooms by turning their students into self-motivated, self-controlled partners responsible for their own learning.

Our goal is to help educators produce students who are in love with learning -- lifelong -- not just to make a living, but to make the living worthwhile. For all of us -- starting with the educators and the students. We can have schools that are not only free of drugs, gangs, graffiti, bullying, dropouts, and violence -- but which are launching pads for scholarship, citizenship, and maturation.
